We welcome all families to join our Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and St. Clare Parish family. Classes and meetings are on Wednesday evenings, starting in September, from 6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. in our Parish School. Children will enter Faith Formation following the procedure listed below. 

The Faith Formation program provides instruction for children in grades K-8 on Wednesday evenings. Children learn about the Sacraments, Church Doctrine, and Traditions of the Catholic Church.*

A reminder that two (2) consecutive years of religious education are needed for all sacraments.

Jesus called for the children, saying: "Let the little children come to me. Do not shut them off. The reign of God belongs to such as these. Trust me when I tell you that whoever does not accept the kingdom of God as a child will not enter into it." Luke 18:16-17.

Please send a water bottle with your child/ren.  If you have to make a payment, please park and come to the main door in the back parking lot and we will be able to assist you.

Drop Off Procedure:  Please pull into the entrance next to the Fire Department.  Follow the arrows to the back parking lot where the entrance of the church is located.  Please park your car and have your child/ren exit the car and enter the back door to the right of the main church entrance.  The doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Pick Up Procedure:  Please pull into the entrance next to the Fire Department as in the Drop Off Procedure above.  Please park your car.  The teachers will bring the students down to the parking lot through the same doors they entered.  The area will be "coned off" where the students will stand and wait for their parent/parents to pick them up.  

******Important--If you are running late, please email Mrs. Megan at mcosgrove@olmcparishmd.org.  Students will wait inside after 7:45 p.m. ******

Rite of Initiation for Children (RCIC):  More information to come.
